The Challenge

Twelve weeks, September 7 to November 29. The entire community, head to head. One winner, crowned by video in front of everyone in December.

The Purse

$5,000 cash for the #1 transformation.
$3,000 for second.
Third place gets every dollar of their entry back.
All three are flown out to Scottsdale for a weekend with the coaches and me.

Before you decide you can't win, read this twice: it is not judged on who's the leanest.

Half your score is pure execution. Macros hit, sessions done, check-ins made, all on a public leaderboard anyone can verify.

The other half is judged blind in December on the change from YOUR starting point and YOUR phase.

The guy with 40 pounds to lose, the guy who's nearly shredded, and the guy mid-prime all have a real shot. That's the whole design, and every rule is public.
